Uni brief to create an art & design news publications that draws inspiration from quality broadsheet newspapers such as the Guardian. Design the front page of an issue, as well as a biography page of an artist or designer and a listings page which focuses on items that all start with the same letter.

For my paper I used the name ‘Overprint’ as I thought it worked well with the idea of blurring the boundaries of art and design, overprinting them. I used printers crop marks to inform the folios of the page design. Page numbers, date of publication and other details are contained in what is usually cut away, making this a paper for the design conscious.
